From the get go he stressed how muscle groups were connected and building a solid base for lifts was essential. Pain Management

I started working with James after I herniated a disc and was in constant and extreme pain. I had tried every possible remedy available for back pain including chiropractic work, PT, yoga, and a slew of medication. At the time I was on 8-10 Advils a day to keep the pain to a manageable level so I could go about my day. James and I discussed my issues and he set me up on a program that emphasized core strength and conditioning along with crucial stretching and other ways to manage the pain.
